Give Candidates Interview Questions in Advance to Increase Accuracy

Here’s an idea I’ve started advocating: Give candidates all of the interview questions ahead of time and make sure the hiring manager listens to all of their answers.


This is a new, radical and very smart idea. Interviews shouldn’t be pop quizzes with secret questions. Help candidates do their best in interviews.

Also, having the questions ahead of time will help candidates develop good interview presentations.
